‘m Lexi!
I figured I should tell you a little bit about myself!
For as long as I can remember, I have loved baking. I always knew it would be a lifelong passion, but I had no idea that I would be able to turn that passion into such an amazing business.
At the age of 19, I packed up my Volkswagen Beetle and drove to Nanaimo, BC to start my Baking & Pastry Arts training at Vancouver Island University. After graduating I moved to Victoria, BC where I worked for the next 7 years in different bakeries, hotels and restaurants. During this time I earned my Baking & Pastry Red Seal by the age of 24. I learned so much while working at all of these different jobs, but owning my own business has been the best challenge so far!
